Beads & More by Lois aim to give 100% customer satisfaction, we aim to process your order with 48 hours and deliver your package to you as quickly as possible. If you have any comments or suggestions then please email us on info@beadsandmorebylois.co.uk

We currently do not supply a printed catalogue as the site is updated with new products regularly; but may do so in the future.

Making a Purchase

We aim to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, browse through our products using the sidebar on the left hand side or clicking on the buttons or links to your desired page. If you wish to buy anything, click on 'add to shopping cart' and you will be directed to a paypal shopping cart, you can go on to complete your order or continue shopping. We have no minimum order and you will be charged a small delivery cost of £1.20 for orders between £0 and £15. Orders over £50 will be posted FREE so take advantage of this great offer!

Stock Levels

We work hard to keep everything in stock but sometimes we find something that is handmade and unique which may be hard to get hold of again or we may be testing out the popularity of an item so they may go out of stock quickly. If an item is essential to your order, please contact us and we may be able to give you an estimated time of when the item will be back in stock.

Payment Methods

Even if you are paying by cheque your order will be processed straight away but not sent until cheque has been received and cleared by the bank.

Handmade Jewellery Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item then returns are accepted within 14 days. Items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings are excluded from the 14 day returns policy but please contact me if you are unhappy and we may be able to come to another arrangement. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Handmade Jewellery Care

Please look after your handcrafted jewellery.
Do not immerse in water.
Do not spray with chemicals or perfume.

If you have an item bought from Beads & More by Lois that needs alterations then please contact me for arrangements.

General Information on Beads & More by Lois Handmade Jewellery

All wires, findings and clasps used are silver or gold plated unless stated.

Due to the nature of small parts in the jewellery and homeware, none of the items on this website are suitable for small children due to choking hazards.

Privacy Policy

Beads & More by Lois does not pass any of your information onto any third party, everything is kept private and secure. We will only use your email address to send you a confirmation of order and to let you know when your order has been dispatched. If you join our mailing list you will receive a monthly newsletter which you can unsubscribe from at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the newsletter, or by visiting our subscribe page and following the unsubscribe link.
