I have just picked up my order from the post office and am absolutely delighted!!! I love the cluster ring and will definitely be ordering at least one more in a different colour and the necklace complements it very well. I am extremely impressed with the high quality and certainly won't be buying this type of jewellery at a local high street store again. I put Lois on the spot by making an order on Monday so that i could wear them in a Rat Pack caberet show just 4 days later. Lois managed to make and get them to me within 48 hours!! I think i will be ordering several items for christmas presents as well this year!! Great value for money!!!

I ordered a bracelet and necklace from Lois recently - I had seen her website and really loved all her jewellery, I could hardly decide what I wanted to buy! My husband decided to buy me two items for my birthday but wanted to give them to me prior to that as we were going on holidays. I explained this to Lois and, despite having to order some extra materials in, was more than happy to make the two items for me in double quick time! She was extremely helpful and I absolutely could not fault the service. The items arrived in good time (very quickly in fact!) and were just wonderful - I so love them! My husband is an ex jeweller with over 20 years in the industry and he was very impressed with the level of work that went into the jewellery, the design and the colour. I am so pleased with my early present and I would rate both the products and service provided by Lois as exceptional. I'm planning on ordering some napkin rings for Christmas also.
