Delivery & Returns

We deliver worldwide!

We use The Royal Mail to deliver all of our packages.

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days once payment has been received. If an order is received on a bank holiday or weekend, we shall dispatch on the next working day.

*Free delivery for all orders when spending £50

If you spend £50 or more, we will send your package free of charge, usually by standard delivery which is first class post. However if your order is of high value we may send by recorded delivery; in which case a signature on delivery is required.

*Free delivery to UK and Channel Islands only.

If your order has not arrived..

If you have had a confirmation email from Beads & More by Lois but after 5 days you have not received your items, you can contact us via info@beadsandmorebylois.co.uk or by telephoning us on +44 (0) 7542662315 and we can tell you if we have a delivery tracking number for your order or arrange for a re-delivery.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us first then we can arrange for return of the items to Beads & More by Lois and issue you with a full refund or exchange once the items have been returned in their original packaging.

Every effort is made to package all of your items in such a way to ensure that they arrive to you in perfect condition. If you receive a package that has been tampered with and some of your items are spoilt then please contact us and we will send you a pre-paid envelope to return the items to us and we shall re-send those items or issue you a refund.

If your order has been dispatched and you decide to cancel your order, you will need to return the cancelled item(s) at your own expense to the address below:

We will give a full refund of the returned items as soon as possible. This does not effect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to amend these delivery terms in compliance with UK & EU law. 

Delivery Costs

Our delivery costs are based on the total cost of your order, there is no limit to how much or little you purchase. We use Royal mail 1st class on most orders or recorded delivery on high value orders.

We use either Airmail or International Signed For Overseas orders.

We deliver worldwide, orders over £30 will be sent via International Signed For.

When goods are sent within the EU there are no custom charges applicable as relevant VAT fees have already been paid. However orders sent outside of the EU may incur custom charges/tax, which may delay your parcel until the fees have been paid.
